SERVING SUGGESTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS: spicy pan seared chicken breast – coat chicken in oil, apply two teaspoon of seasoning to every chicken breast and rub seasoning into the chicken until fully coated. Pan sear chicken in a lightly oiled pan until cooked through. Rest for 3-4 minutes, slice and serve with a green chilli jam.
