We are a family owned and operated business with a 12 acre property on Tomewin Mountain NSW. We are using about 3 acres of land to grow produce and the rest is native bushland. All work on our property is carried out by the members of our family with no hired help. We use organic permaculture methods with a focus on building a sustainable balanced ecosystem with lots of biodiversity to reduce the need for insecticides. We make our own insecticide from chilli, garlic, rosemary, lavender, nasturtium and lemongrass and use it very selectively and only when needed, mainly only in our greenhouse which uses no electricity. No machinery is used for harvesting with minimal fossil fuels used on the property.
