Our animals are our family, so Chica+Co was born from a need to give our kids the best by making sure every single ingredient in our range has medicinal benefits & absolutely no chemicals or any nasties.

Chica+Co started in our family kitchen with my husband Jose and our three fur babies Chica, Tapita, and our little monkey Baeya. Monks (as we like to call her) was born with skeletal malformation and her prognosis for a long pain free life was not good, so we set about feeding her medicinally sound foods to ensure arthritis and joint wear was minimised. Preventative and supportive foods make up a large part of our range because of what we have learned treating her.

In 2018 we launched our holistic treats secure in the knowledge that they’re the best thing on the market. Your paw pal will love you for it & they’ll never know it’s good for them.

Return Policy
  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
    To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
    Please note: packaging and tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for a refund.

Returns Process:
1. Please contact us advising that you would like to return an item; noting your order number and reason for return in the email.
2. We will then email you a Return Authorisation (RA) form to be returned with the item(s); we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to be returned with the RA.
3. Once you receive your RA form, pack your return item(s) into a protected parcel and together with the RA and receipt/proof of purchase send your unused, unopened items to the return shipping address emailed to you. 
Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Also, if you are shipping items with a value of over $60, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.



Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days (dependent on your financial institution).
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within 7 days of receiving your notification of refund:
1. Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won't include your original shipping costs)
2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card
3. If you have done these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us. 



Faulty/Damaged Items:
If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of item to notify us. Please be sure to include your order number, best contact details, details of the fault/damage and if possible a photo of the fault/damage.
After receiving your inquiry, we will provide you with a return postage address so you can return the item to us.
Please note due to the possibility of our products selling out, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item/size in stock. If the original item is in stock, we will post you a new item. However, if the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer a different item to the same value or a full refund (including original shipping costs).



Final Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. All final sale items cannot be returned, so please choose carefully.

Exchanges:
We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges due to the possibility of our products selling out. To guarantee that you receive your desired item/size/colour, please place a new order for this item and email us to return the original item (as per returns process).


Warranty/Guarantee:
We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 72 Hours for despatch Monday to Friday and a little longer over the weekend and public holidays.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on ALL orders over $60

 Domestic: All orders are sent via Australia Post. Standard shipping rate is $8 (please allow 3-6 days for delivery; this may be longer in busy periods and we can't control the postal service!).

 Shipping Terms & Conditions:

1. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered within estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee your item(s) will be delivered within these time frames. In busy periods, shipping times may take longer. 

2. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
3. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
4. You must ensure that you have provided the correct address for delivery. Once your order is processed; we are unable to change the shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that this is correct. We are unable to give 
refunds, if we are supplied with an incorrect address.
